We're looking for a highly energetic, motivated restaurant manager trainee with a great attitude and people skills. Exceptional customer service is one of the major components of this position.
Position Summary:
The Manager supervises all operations of the restaurant including but not limited to food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, inventory, and labor control, interviewing, hiring, firing, scheduling, training, and motivating staff.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist, Senior Sandwich Artist, Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Manager as outlined in the job descriptions: (see online at: www.mysubwaycareer.com under job descriptions).
Pre-Requisites:
1. Experience: A minimum of one year experience in the quick service restaurant environment, communications and organizational skills. Also, supervisory experience is a must.
2. Physical: must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and have basic computer skills. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
3. Must have own transportation to and from work. Position requires working evenings, weekends, and during holidays.
4. Phone.
5. Must be available for all shifts including days, nights and weekends.
