Looking for a capable individual that will show up to work everyday and enjoys a variety of task from patching sheetrock, installing carpet, vinyl, countertops, shower surrounds, doors, windows, siding, concrete, yard work (trees, mowing, pruning, landscaping, cleaning up trash) from inside to outside we do most things. Must be a hard worker, self-motivated, trustworthy, and reliable. Would prefer some construction/maintenance background but not required. Some personal tools are required (tape measure, hammer, utility knife, etc.) and personal transportation is recommended. Must work well in group settings, willing to work overtime if necessary and have a valid drivers license. Pay starts at $12 an hour but is negotiable with experience. 40+ hours a week.
