Successful candidates must have:
At least 3-years in property maintenance or equivalent
Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Make decisions independently based on sound judgment and knowledge of maintenance requirements.
Answer to Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, respective Resident Manager.
Must possess ability to prioritize workload.
Skills must include: Painting, basic carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, minor drywall repair, hardware installation and repair. Must maintain a clean work environment.
Must be able to operate vehicle, must have clean driving record, and no accidents in last 3-years.
Must always meet standard for hygiene and have professional behavior.
Maintain schedule flexibility in order to respond to occasional, but rare emergency callouts during off-hours.
Hourly wage will be $14.00 to $18.00 per hour DOE / Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
