TNT Contractors, LLC is now hiring for a Painter/Rental Maintenance Technician. 30-40 hours per week, seasonal with the potential to turn in to full-time year-round employment.
Duties:
Painting
Gutter cleaning and minor repairs
Sheetrock install and repair
Minor framing
Deck building and repairs
Some landscape
Snow removal
Hauling
Trash clean up
Other duties assigned
Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Truck required
Valid drivers license
Valid auto insurance
Able to keep proper notes and hours
Basic hand tools required
Drug and alcohol free
General information:
$13-$15 per hour depending on experience
Paid mileage
Payday is the 1st of the month for previous months hours and draws are allowed on the 15th of each month
TNT has been doing all facets of property maintenance and light building since 1995. To be successful in this position one should have some experience in painting, minor sheetrock repairs, a desire to learn, ability to work around tenants, understanding time management and a willingness to take on any task.
