If so, Boost Collaborative, a community rehabilitation training program is accepting applications for a Mobile Crew Leader/Training Specialist in Group Supported Employment to supervise, train and support adults with disabilities while working at the center or community-based job sites throughout Whitman County.
Duties, in part, include supervise, train, and support assigned workers, observe and document progress. Physical mobility including lifting, pushing, pulling, oral communication with clients and employers and physically assisting adults with disabilities
Minimum Qualifications: 18 years or older, valid driver’s license, minimum education level- HS diploma, college level preferred. Experience working with youth and/or adults with disabilities preferred. No criminal background- a background check is required prior to start. Start wage $15.00/hr. Part-time 25 hours per week from 8 am to 1:00 pm. Medical benefits after 90-day introductory period.
