Boost Collaborative is a small nonprofit agency located in Pullman WA, with a mission of empowering people with disabilities on the Palouse. Through the Children and Family Support Services (CFSS) program, area families of infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities are served by a small team of caring professionals focused on enhancing each child’s development.

CFSS is seeking a Program Director with a passion for promoting quality of life for children and families in our community. This individual must have proven team leadership skills, a history of direct service to families, a deep understanding of infant and toddler development, and a demonstrated ability to successfully manage all aspects typical of a human services program. This position serves as a liaison with the broader community, promoting awareness of the challenges of families with infants and toddlers with special needs.

Duties include, in part: personnel, fiscal, and contract management; direct services to families; communicating, both orally and in writing, with families, referral sources, collaborating agencies; and promoting public awareness through speaking engagements, presentations and social media.
