Team Idaho Real Estate is seeking a superstar employee with a great attitude and outgoing personality to work as a Full Time Assistant Property Manager.
The Assistant Property Manager is the "right hand" of the Property Manager, focusing on resident customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations including but not limited to leasing activities, renewals, collections and financial reporting. The Assistant Property Manager is also a motivating sales leader who helps set the standard on how to engage prospective and current residents.
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Customer Service and Sales experience; Some management experience preferred
High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Understand Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Outlook, Etc)
Practical experience in accounting, reporting and data entry required
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi task, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Vehicle required. This position includes showing properties and property inspections.
