Seeking a Full-Time leasing agent to work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays required and possibility of additional hours during busy times. Agent will be doing showings for rental properties, posting notices, processing applications, answering phones, and other jobs as assigned.
Must possess, and be able to use and apply common sense understanding and use good judgment on a daily bases. Must be able to work well with others. Must be able to handle stressful, urgent, diverse situations in a calm and reasonable manner. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, emotional stability, and personal maturity.
Must have basic computer skills and have working knowledge of MS Office. Employee must maintain reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid vehicle insurance.
