What is the Hope At Work Program?
A resource, a program and employment. As a resource, it is a place to gain job and life skills for better employment. It is a program because it’s much more than a job; it includes budget coaching, mentor meetings, GED tutoring if needed, and Celebrate Recovery as well as a paycheck.
We are currently hiring for people who are ready to join the Hope At Work Program and make positive life changes!
Hours:
Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
36-38 hours per week.
Compensation $7.75 per hour with raises available.
Hope At Work Program Requirements:
Regular budget coaching appointments.
Weekly one-on-one meetings with a mentor.
If applicable, weekly or biweekly GED tutoring or other educational efforts.
Weekly attendance to on-site Celebrate Recovery meetings.
Random drug/alcohol testing; we have a zero-tolerance policy for substance abuse.
Primary Duties:
Receiving, sorting, cleaning and stocking donations.
Hope At Work applications are available at the HOPE Center cash register.
