Spence Hardware & Supply, Inc. is currently accepting applications for FT & PT retail floor sales associates. We are seeking mature, energetic self-starters who have some knowledge in hardware, plumbing, electrical, and farm supplies. Previous experience in retail preferred but not required.
We are looking for self-motivated, friendly individuals who are available to work weekends and evenings until 7:30 p.m. Job requirements will include daily interaction and assistance with customers in which a high level of customer service is expected in a team environment. Other duties will include: stocking, cleaning and organizing shelves and products and assembling items as needed. Applicants should be able to lift 80lbs. Experience operating a forklift and skid steer helpful but not required.
