Our Company has operated in the Lewiston/Clarkston area for 40 years and we need to add another field service and IT technician. This is a full time, 5 day a week position with benefits.
Experience is preferred in troubleshooting and repairing all types of output devices, such as fax, copiers, printers and wide-format. Such work will need to be done at the customer site. Company vehicle will be provided. You must have great customer communication skills in person and by telephone with a safe driving record and valid drivers license.
This is and active job requiring you to be able to be mobile in all respects and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. We expect to train you on some aspects of your work, but would like you to have knowledge of wired/wireless network technologies. To do your job, you will need to have a clear understanding of smart phones, computers and tablets.
As you are part of a team, you must be a team player able to carry your share of the team load, go the extra mile, take ownership of your job and work constantly on developing your skills to become better and more knowledgeable on all aspects of your job. You will have a sizable parts/supply inventory which you must manage.
