Project Manager, RAQA - Individual ContributorRedmond,WA2 yearsJob Duties: Process lead in localization projects, including software, voice, print and online deliverables, from concept to commercial release. Creates and controls localization project budgets, performs cost tracking analysis, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders. Track and provide regular project status. Identifies and resolves localization issues, whether system or product, identifies causes and performs corrective/preventative action. Provides continuous process improvement to the overall Product Localization cycle. Works closely with internal stakeholders and country managers to foster productive and collaborative relationships with international and cross-functional teams. Manages relationship with localization partner by driving meetings and conference calls, including project kick-offs, weekly status and ad-hoc, taking minutes and performing post-mortems.
