RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Senior UX Designer. This is a full time, remote design position working in our client's Cloud Marketing Brand Studio. The studio has the responsibility for innovating the customer journey in a way that puts the customer first and reflects a cutting-edge tech company.
Summary:
In this role, the Senior UX Designer is responsible for auditing existing design systems, creating libraries, and communicating potential solutions to other UX design teams. On any given day, you may find yourself conceptualizing, designing, prototyping and testing ideas via Adobe XD while ensuring those designs support user goals and meet the overall business requirements. The Senior UX Designer is also responsible for generating detailed UX guidelines. You'll proactively solicit feedback from others and offer thoughtful critique that helps elevate the work of those around you. Finally, the Senior UX Designer is skilled at articulating UX design rationale, putting the customer experience first and tying decisions to project goals and experience strategy.
Responsibilities:
The Senior UX Designer will innovate and create information architecture, personas, wireframes, user flows necessary to develop compelling brand and user experiences to communicate your designs to the team
Execute design explorations to solve complex product challenges
Dive deep into customer pain points-champion and innovate on behalf of them
Collaborate cross-org on common UX standards
Be a liaison between the Design teams in Product and Marketing
Prioritize and focus projects accordingly
The Senior UX Designer will become a subject matter expert in our design platforms
Consultation with hired agencies for guidance in UX
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Interaction Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design or equivalent from an accredited school; 7+ years of professional UX experience leading creative work, branding, graphic design, marketing and digital
Accomplished presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience successfully working with a cross-disciplinary design team
Experience in a consulting or agency environment preferred
Expert in customer journey innovation, implementing design systems, use digital UX tools, (Adobe XD, inVision); current with UX industry trends, technology, design tools and processes
Passion: Using design and technology to solve our client's biggest challenges
Role: Supporting the Brand and Web team's efforts to find and implement innovative solutions
Personality: Creative, collaborative, passionate, positive, organized, enthusiastic
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design and an interest in the technical aspects that bring designs to life
Possess the ability to communicate and translate the ideas to the team, as well as the ability to lead and champion collaborative design techniques
