Requirements:
Have been a Technology Lead handling complex projects on Smart Buildings, Smart Cities etc.
He/she has worked on technology/IT on Building Management, Real Estate, Construction projects in Microsoft or with other companies
Working knowledge on Network and IOT related to Building Management systems. (POE, Cloud, APGS, ALPR, Smart Lighting )
Strong Technical person along with strong customer management skills.
Understand and be abreast on Technologies Trends in the Building Management and automation space
Been an anchor for all client and Project team communications
Make presentations to Senior executives , Client stakeholders, Project Managers, Development teams etc.
Exceptional communication skills
He/she will need to constantly interact, present, take feed-backs and work with LTTS team
Managed or worked with team in US and offshore teams
