UX Senior Designer
We are looking for a top-notch UX Designer to help work on our web design system (common set of components and templates across marketing / storytelling and e-commerce experiences) from end to end, with a strong visual design sense that always puts the customer experience first.
You will be both creative and pragmatic, with a passion for quality craftsmanship. You'll have a consistent record of designing and delivering innovative design solutions for a variety of web properties.
You should have excellent technical problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task while working with minimal supervision.
You should possess a strong, dynamic personality who sees a set of design constraints as a challenge for creativity.
Responsibilities include :
Partnering with the Art Director, designers, front-end developers, and other team members to create design concepts that visually express attributes of the brand and serve the intended user experience.
Balancing marketing objectives, the Client brand, and product requirements to creatively adapt them in beautiful meaningful ways.
Working on a design system end to end
Staying up to date with the latest design and technology trends
Ability to manage workload and bandwidth
Designing responsive interactive solutions
Creating wireframes, interaction models, visual design specs, and delivering final assets in Figma
Communicating with the front end developers and having a strong understanding of how to set up, document, and stress test files before handing them over.
Must have :
5yr+ experience
Expertise in Figma
Fierce attention to detail
UX and UI experience
Prototyping experience
Portfolio with relevant experience
Expertise in Adobe creative suite
Experience designing responsive across various viewports (mobile, tablet, desktop)
Nice to have :
Motion design experience
Front end dev experience
IA experience
Storytelling / content creation experience
Ecommerce / retail experience
