Summary of Position: The Marketing Manager will have responsibility for company's sales enablement and alliance marketing needs and help execute account-based marketing plans for key accounts. This position will serve as a direct point of contact with the company's sales organization to support meeting presentation content, create templates, and collaborate to capture needs for future content and sales enablement. They will also serve as a direct point of contact for the company's alliance partner marketing managers to facilitate administrative aspects of partner relationships and help design and execute MDF marketing campaigns. Lastly, the Marketing Manager will also serve as an internal evangelist with supporting our Human Resources teams in accessing branded templates and development of internal communications that meet all brand standards. Essential Functions:
Create presentations, infographics, and other marketing assets for sales proposals, strategic account reviews, ABM/DBM, marketing campaigns, internal communications, etc.
Use data to tell business stories visually for business reviews and customer presentations
Manage & Update Denali Knowledge Center (Intranet for Sales Enablement Assets & other marketing collateral)
Participate in Weekly Sales Meetings to Highlight New Marketing Content & Sales Collateral
Collaborate and Develop Custom Sales Presentations with Sales Team Members
Develop and run MDF co-marketing plans and campaigns
Participate in Weekly Partner/Alliance Meetings to Strengthen Relationships & Keep Denali top-of-mind
Manage the tactics behind Partner/Alliance MDF programs to ensure compliance and reimbursements and highlight expected payments to Denali accounting teams
Manage Denali Communication Desk to Review Denali Communications and Ensure Brand Consistency
Become the internal go-to person for Denali marketing requests, elevating to VP as needed
Evaluate project priorities with a critical eye
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels
Develop, plan, and manage logistics for marketing programs and projects. May include meeting agendas, scheduling meetings, and status updates
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
Develops and manages marketing operating budgets
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Monitors competitor products, sales, and marketing activities
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and marketing programs
Directs market channel development activity and coordinates with sales distribution
Represents company at trade association meetings to promote products and services
Meets with key clients, it requires to help build customer-specific or customer-related marketing campaigns.
Coordinates liaison between sales department and other key related units
Assists other departments within the organization to help them market to their customers and audiences, such as HR, Recruiting, and other Company-specific marketing needs
Work cross-department to ensure holistic execution of brand strategy and communication

Work Environment: This role operates remotely and in-office as needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, marketing and collaboration software, and other technology equipment. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine, and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs. Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of marketing and content creation experience with preference given to experience in the technology industry
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or business administration or the equivalent number of years of experience
Five (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience
Experience in marketing and excels at building sales and marketing content
Proficient in PowerPoint, and digital sales and marketing tools with the ability to make assets look polished
Ability to simplify complex data and technology concepts into easy to understand business needs/outcomes
Experience and understanding of digital marketing
Ability and interest working in a highly collaborative and cross-functional environment
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic deadline-driven work environment
Demonstrated work experience in organizing, facilitating, and managing an end to end project
