Senior Telecom System Engineer - Automation
Location : Redmond, WA

Location
Team is based in Redmond, WA and is able to perform some duties remotely. However, there will be times when onsite work at the customer's premises is required so candidates need to be local. Our customer enforces CDC requirements throughout all its premises.
Duties

• Interact closely with Pre-Production Network Platform owners (architects/ design teams) to understand Test automation requirements.
• Design, development, and documentation of TOL/ test cases to meet requirements
• Develop requirement documentation (user stories etc) and communicate requirements to Automation developers/ team
• Execute automated test cases developed by Automation team
• Analysis of test results, fault investigation/ troubleshooting, and defect identification.
• Defect Management multi-team collaboration, tracking, RCA, and resolution.
• Handover to Network Platform owners including demos, technical user guides, and training
• Post-delivery support to Pre-Production Platform owners
• Tier III Tech Support to Production
• Regression testing

Minimum Experience

• Expert level understanding of EPC / 5/ IMS network architecture, call flows and services
• Expert troubleshooting capability
• Intermediate level test case design/ development experience
• Intermediate level experience in requirement gathering and technical documentation creation
• Basic Linux skills

PREFERED EXPERIENCE

• Understanding of software architecture and design
• Understanding of Web applications
• Jira/QC Experience
