Apex is hiring a PM for a 100% remote contract with a technology giant in Redmond, WA.

Within Worldwide Learning, the Channel Team supports partners offering learning programs focused on increasing the client's technical skills in market.

In your role as a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for enabling the WWL Channel Partners drive marketing and program excellence. This role will help land key programs for the WWL Channel Partners, as well as support various marketing and ROB Rhythms within the WWL Channel Team. This role will report to the lead working closely with various Channel Partners, Channel Field and Internal stakeholders.

Short-term needs: This team has someone on leave of absence who manages their learning program, events that need support, pulling together agendas, drive content creation + slides for events, helping to manage program aspects of our business. This person will help with that right away.

Long-term needs: There are programs that the team drives that require bringing together different views and reports, tracking timelines.

This person should be adept at program/project management. They can build a project plan with key stakeholders and can drive deadlines around those. They will be a great storyteller and can pull together comms that help support our marketing and rhythm of the business.

Team Details:

We work in a relatively small organization that still operates like a startup. We have the potential for huge impact. We are responsible for creating the marketing and connection points for our partner groups. The group has people that have a lot of tenure and experience, so it's a great place to come in and learn from these folks. We are working on highly impactful projects and work.

Top 3 skills:

Demonstrated ability to drive and lead programs. Program management experience. Lead and manage project engagements. - 3-5 years

Communications and asset creations (will lead partner and community events, creating assets like webinars and community blogs) - 3-5 years

Stakeholder engagement 3-5 years

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience program management experience
• Basic familiarity with technology (previous tech company experience)
• Super proficient in MS office and tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Demonstrated ability to drive and lead programs. Program management experience. Lead and manage project engagements
• Stakeholder engagement
• Marketing background

Nice to haves:

• Partner experience / relationships
• Performance indicators- Feedback based from the marketing managers and from sponsor
