A chain restaurant is looking for a full-time accountant. This is a full-time position working at
Bellevue, WA.

Job RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to):
Prepare invoices and Sales Journal
Monthly bank account reconciliation
Manage A/P, A/R, and reconciliations
Inventory entries and stock-taking every month
Sales Tax payment
Payroll: track employee hours and benefits, assist CPA/ADP to process payroll and tax payment.
Manage department budgets and assist with budget planning
Correspond and communicate with internal staff and vendors
Complete Monthly Financial report
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in accounting with at least 2 years of accounting experience. Restaurant industry
experience is a plus
Must be knowledgeable and skillful in QuickBooks.
Have a strong work ethic
Excellent time-management skills and organizing skills
Can be a great team player as well as produce high quality of independent work
Confidence with MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
Able to work in a fast work environment and multitask
Must be eligible to work in US (No visa sponsoring)
