Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all clients in a CPA practice. Some duties include phone management, tracking and logging projects, confirming and scheduling appointments, scanning documents, mailing documents, and assembling completed projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
Manage phones and forward calls to professionals, confirm and schedule appointments.
Greet clients in a kind and friendly manner as they arrive.
Accept and log in client paperwork and communicate clearly with clients.
Create and log in client project file with client documentation in each file.
Scan client documentation and finished projects for electronic records.
Collect and log in payments from clients.
Assist in any other areas as needed
Job Requirements:
Desire to grow and develop and create a friendly and inviting environment for clients.
High school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred
Background check required.
