We are the leading medical/dental/veterinary practice and real estate broker in the Northwest. We are growing into other markets and need help before the owner has a stroke from working too much. We are looking for someone with a variety of skills that can help support the company in various endeavors. A perfect candidate will have the following skills or experience:
- Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Administrative assistant experience, or willing to file, create simple spreadsheets, make phone calls, etc.,
- Real Estate experience or be willing to learn real estate and/or get a real estate license
- Paralegal experience, or experience working with and on contracts
- Microsoft Office experience with heavy emphasis in Excel and Word
- Know how to use Dropbox
- Knowledge of Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and specifically dental and/or veterinary
- Innovative thinker
- Self Starter
- Creative and know what needs to be done before it needs to be done
- Dedicated, reliable, trustworthy, etc.,
