We are looking for a full-charge full-time Bookkeeper with substantial accounting experience for a CPA firm. Candidate must have good organization skills and attention to detail. Clear verbal and written communication abilities and working well with others are crucial to success in this position. Must be a self-starter and eager to learn. Qualified candidates will have the following skills and attributes:
Demonstrate professional attitude and appearance.
Expert level QuickBooks experience.
Payroll preparation.
Solid payroll and business tax capabilities are expected, including Business and Occupation tax for the state of Washington.
Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
Understanding and posting of adjusting journal entries
Financial statement knowledge.
Experience with Excel software.
