Accounting Firm working on Bookkeeping, Accounting and Project Management services exclusively for Interior Designers nationwide, has openings for experienced Interior Design Bookkeepers, Accountants and Project Managers.
Bookkeeping or Accounting experience using Design Manager, Studio Designer/Studio Webware, IVY, and QuickBooks Online in an Interior Design Firm is highly desirable.
Must have experience with Office 365, MS Outlook, MS Excel and MS SharePoint.
Independent Bookkeepers and Accountants looking to build their practice are highly encouraged to apply. Especially if they are established and currently working 100% remotely on any of the above software programs.
Work is 100% remote using cloud based software. Full time and part time positions are available.
Candidates may be based anywhere in the United States.
College degree in business, accounting or interior design is preferred.
Candidate(s) must show the skills necessary to efficiently work with our clients who are based in major metropolitan areas in the United States.
Must have the necessary home or private office space (without distractions) and computer equipment, dual-monitors, printer, scanner and paper filing systems to work remotely via the internet. Computer equipment and internet service must be up to date in order to handle the latest cloud based applications. PC is preferred over Mac.
Compensation is $30 per hour. This is a 1099 contract position with flexible hours.
VERY IMPORTANT to include a COVER LETTER highlighting experience and current work status. Prefer candidates who already have an established independent 100% cloud based bookkeeping or accounting practice. This is a 1099 contract position.
