Must Be Able to:
Follow instructions
Keep files stacked neatly in proper order
Work efficiently and adopt efficient methods immediately when asked
You must have at least 1 year experience with:
Calyx Point
Processing loans
Good typing skills
Submitting subordination requests
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Great Customer Service Skills!(We want our clients to LOVE us!)
Experience submitting mortgages any of the following lenders a big plus(but not required):
UWM
Provident Funding
Flagstar
Quicken Loans
VA Loans
Also must be able to organize and handle a pipeline of 25-35 loans.
Position is full time and would start immediately. Compensation is based or more including (Base plus bonus')
