Our growing cabinet company is looking for the right individual to help take our cabinet production to the next level. What we are looking for is someone with a background in all phases of cabinetmaking and cabinet shop management, who is a critical thinker with an engineering mindset, to be able to train woodworkers, identify opportunities to increase quality and efficiency and manage the workflow and staffing. Ideally you will be someone with excellent communication and mathematical skills, ability to dive into the work when needed, and the understanding that comes from having been a business owner or having succesfully lead a production team.
Salary to be negotiable. Benefits include matching 401k, health insurance, holidays and vacation.
