1) Job Title: Manager
Job Description Options:
a) Leading tax preparation service seeks manager with strong customer service skills and tax background to supervise local office. Email resumes to (jenniferm@libertytax.com).
b) $16-$20/hr plus $2 per hour worked at the completion of tax season.
Responsibilities include:
Plan and implement marketing and public relations programs to increase brand awareness and grow the business under direction of the approved corporate marketing initiatives.
Execute public relations campaigns, special promotions, employee contests and other additional programs also under the direction of approved corporate marketing initiatives.
Implement business-to-business marketing plan.
Follow up with all contacts on a regular basis.
Monitor and track all marketing/advertising efforts.
Maintain contact with marketing department at Corporate Office.
c) We're looking for seasonal associates to help us provide the value and service our tax customers have come to expect.

You will help grow the business and achieve goals through marketing efforts, ensuring outstanding customer service standards, and daily supervision and coaching of seasonal associates.
Requirements include:
2-3 years tax preparation experience preferred
Experience providing daily supervision and scheduling of office staff
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Delegates effectively
Positive attitude
The desire to work in a fun corporate culture that has close ties to the community
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate tax returns
Willingness to grow the business through community relations, marketing efforts, and tax school.
