This is a Full Time Hourly plus Commission Position
If you are a motivated customer service orientated individual capable of multi-tasking with a smile in a busy environment you will be compensated not only for your time behind the counter, you will also get a commission for every rental you write up.
Customer Service Skills, Sales Experience, Organizational Skills, Ability to Multi-Task, able to operate a motor vehicle in a safe and professional manner and the ability to be flexible with hours including overtime and weekends are some of the requirements necessary to accomplish the duties of this job.
Your Duties will include:
1. Supervise and Operate Rental Terminal by answering multi-lines phones, greeting clients on arrival, writing up rental agreements, processing customer payment transactions, and checking out and in of rental vehicles with clients.
2. You will be responsible for maintaining Corporate Accounts in a Pleasant and Professional Manner.
3. Be able to shuttle clients and rental vehicles when necessary.
Requirements:
A Valid Washington State Driver's License with a Clean Record
Preferred Age 21 and Older
