Sean Joyner State Farm is searching for someone who is positive and energetic and can cultivate long-lasting customer relationships. As our Customer Service Representative, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer service experience preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Must obtain Property & Casualty license and Life & Disability License
