AWESOME THINGS ABOUT CALIBER CLEANING, INC.
1. We have company cars!
2. We clean mainly residential homes. No move outs, new construction, etc. Most of our homes are routine also.
3. We work in 2- 3 person teams; which lightens the load on everyone
4. We are open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm-no nights, no weekends, no major Holidays!
5. We offer competitive wages with the opportunity for extra performance based bonuses and any tips you make you keep.
Performance based raises given at 30 days, 6 months, and again at 12 months. $13.50 -$16.00
6. Paid sick and vacation time accrue beginning on your first day, vacation time may be used after 60 days. We also offer a retirement plan with company match
7. Opportunity for advancement to Supervisor positions and beyond
Approximately 30-40 hours per week. Must be fluent in English and pet friendly. Must be available Monday - Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM.
