Job Description

Our academy leads the Greater Seattle area in test prep, academic tutoring and college admission counseling. Our academy is looking for a few highly dependable and dynamic teachers with strong reading & writing skills. BA or BS is a must. Strong SAT scores are a must for SAT prep teachers. Teachers teach students in school subjects, SAT, ACT English, and AP tests. This position is part time (20-30 hours) depending on student needs and teacher availability. The schedule is flexible with shifts available 3:00PM- 9:30PM (Mon-Thursday) & 9:00AM-5:30PM (Saturday).
We are looking for teachers who love to teach students (K-12) with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
============
Tutors must complete Teacher Training Program.
Keep detailed records of tutoring sessions using Student Progress Records
Track and analyze student progress.
Tutors must prepare lessons to meet student needs.
Work closely with Center Director to meet students' academic goals.
Requirements
===========
Bachelor's degree
Strong SAT or ACT score at or above the 95th percentile.
Will need to take qualifying test at the center on the day of interview.
