Teaching Hours: 32 hours per week, Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30a - 2:30p
Daily Experience: Our teachers enjoy a collaborative teaching team model, and work with a mixed-age group of children following an emergent, constructivist curriculum. We prioritize children having fun and feeling a part of their community, while engaging in strong daily communication with parents. Teachers also work together with a mentor to enhance their own teaching practices, documenting children's learning processes and individual needs, and conducting research. We have a dedicated leadership team to support our community's professional development, and we provide a generous amount of weekly planning time, helping all teachers establish an effective, creative, and thoughtful curriculum.

Qualifications:
• ECE degree or equivalent education
• 2+ years working with preschool children
• Strong collaborative, leadership, problem solving, technological and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Reggio Emilio and Emergent Curriculum
