We are a small, creative firm engaged in a wide range of design and building projects within the residential and commercial development environments. We are seeking a Project Architect who is passionate about solving the needs and architectural problems of people in the community while expanding their design and project management capabilities. Our socially conscious firm provides a fast paced yet relaxed work environment, where all our employees enjoy a broad range of responsibilities and growth.
Who we would like to meet:
Professionals who have at least 5 years of experience working on Residential and Medium sized Commercial Projects (30,000 sq. ft. +)
Experience and Responsibilities:
⢠Experience in all phases of architecture from concept to contract administration.
⢠Demonstrated knowledge of: building materials, detailing, and construction techniques, as well as zoning, ADA, and fire codes.
⢠BIM Software skills required.
⢠Strong sense of leadership and pride in all work performed.
⢠Coordination with owners, consultants and contractors.
⢠Project Documentation and Graphics.
⢠Capacity to mentor, and learn at all times.
⢠Implement and improve office wide systems.
⢠Good business writing, communication, analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
⢠Demonstrated ability to integrate sustainable design principles. LEED accreditation a plus
⢠Degree in Architecture from Accredited University Required
