Description:The Senior Ansible Automation Engineer will work as part of a team automating failover activities related Business Continuity Management, DR playbook orchestration and failover automation. This position requires expertise utilizing Ansible / Ansible Tower for application automation.Responsibilities:The role will drive the planning, design, construction, testing, and implementation of application automation failover solutions. The candidate will play a critical role in the automation capability within the Resiliency Solutions portfolio and will engage key resiliency stakeholders involved in activities such as BCP, DR exercises/tests, and cyber resiliency. The Senior Ansible Automation Engineer will work as part of a team automating failover activities related Business Continuity Management, DR playbook orchestration and failover automation. This position requires expertise using Ansible.He/she will drive the planning, design, construction, testing, and implementation of automation solutions. He/she will engage with development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; and contribute to design activities and decisions. 5+ years of technology experience 5+ years developing complex integrations in Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or other IaC language 2+ Workflow design experience managing/maintaining Ansible Tower infrastructure at an enterprise scale Experience managing/maintaining Ansible Tower infrastructure at an enterprise scaleAnsible Tower Workflow design experience Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions Ability to analyze data, create process flows and presentations Proficient in Jira as well as MS Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and in Visio Knowledge of containerization platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift/GKE/EKS) Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Skills:Ansible Tower, Disaster Recovery, BCP, Cloud, Infrastructure engineering, Automation, AgileTop Skills Details:Ansible Tower, Disaster Recovery, BCP, Cloud, Infrastructure engineeringAdditional Skills & Qualifications:There are 3 different teams that this team is involved in.
