Director-Talent Acquisition

Location: Preferably Seattle but we can look for folks across US

Responsibilities:
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans in collaboration with the Business Heads.
  • Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
  • Should be able to handle the geo operations independently while balancing the role of being strategic & hands-on
  • Develop appropriate hiring strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements with stake holders to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire
  • Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and vendors
  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
  • Manage, train and evaluate the team of recruiters
  • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire


Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition leader or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  • Should have strong network in the North American region & would be good to have exposure to LATAM markets
  • Excellent team-management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
  • Master degree in a human resource management or a relevant field would be an added advantage
