Objectives and scope of work:
Client requires an expert level Enterprise Architecture (EA) consultant to assist their Strategic Services Team with developing a number of business processes with appropriate service ownership, governance structures and workflows across the varied and numerous business services that ETS provides the HCA.
The consultant will also work with the ETS EA team to develop enterprise data models, process models, technology models and other necessary enterprise level deliverables to drive and support business functions.
The consultant will help the EA team create enterprise level principles, policies, models and standards as requested by service owners and/or divisional leadership.
