DescriptionOfficeTeam Seattle has an open role for a skilled Front Desk Coordinator who is looking to grow their career. Look after special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and project managers
Secure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
Meet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers
Requirements
1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems
Administrative Office experience
Expertise in Microsoft Office
Prior experience working in construction industry a plus
Back office support experience
Proven knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
