Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead our Commerce Planning team which includes supporting Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shopping and Facebook’s Commerce Platform (including payments and checkout). The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and passionate about mobile commerce and launching products that help people discover products they love and businesses drive sales, and have experience with and strong opinions on commerce, with a deep understanding of industry competitive landscape, trends, and business models. This is a full-time position based in Menlo Park or in Seattle.Required Skills:

Lead development, socialization, and execution of global, comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Commerce, including Instagram Shopping, Facebook Marketplace and Commerce Platform

Set the outbound priorities for our suite of Commerce products/policies and work with partner teams to ensure those priorities ladder up to Facebook's overarching strategic goals

Craft narratives to explain Commerce products and policies to internal and external partners and clients

Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that sales support materials and packages are created by working with cross-functional teams (both global and regional), including other product marketing teams, marketing and communications/PR teams

Drive product adoption and usage rates by supporting market facing programs and product launch support

Distill and surface market feedback from various channels to product teams for new and existing Commerce opportunities

Manage a team of Commerce Product Marketers

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree

12+ years work experience

4+ years experience working in a product marketing capacity (partnered with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements and with sales to support product launches)

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results, and developing and executing against global launch plans to bring payments products to market

Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment

Payments and/or e-Commerce experience, partnering with product teams to identify and bring to market solutions

Quantitative analytical experience

Experience communicating concepts and products

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in digital marketing or eCommerce platforms

Deep knowledge of eCommerce industry and commerce operations

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic occupancy plan that aligns with the company\'s business objectives and growth projections. Derive insights from large amounts of data related to growth projections, space utilization, employee demographics, space design, and operational efficiency to develop strategic occupancy plans. Leverage data from work location strategy, annual finance plan, and historical growth trends to forecast headcount growth for 5-year horizon. Articulate stories and recommendations through data. Oversee the creation and maintenance of playbooks, templates, and tools. Assess impact and need for technology solutions to support strategic occupancy scope of work. Manage outsourced team of strategic planners/analysts to deliver against responsibilities. Assist in change management initiatives related to strategic occupancy plan implementation Insert. What you need to succeed Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent practical experience, in Business, Real Estate, Facility Management, or a related field; Master\'s degree a plus. Proven experience, minimum 5 years, in strategic occupancy planning, portfolio strategy, or related corporate real estate roles within the technology industry. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to influence optimal outcomes. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
