Job Description This is a hybrid opportunity in Seattle, Washington with a 2-3 days per week onsite commitment. As IT Service Delivery Manager you’ll lend software development project management expertise and lead day-to-day operations that impact End User Support (EUX) and infrastructure. Your tactical project delivery will include initiatives in internal application development and support utilizing .NET, Power Apps, Azure, Dynamics, and Power BI. You’ll drive enhancements to the technical experience of Logic20/20’s internal teams while supporting the continued growth and proficiency of your delivery team. You’ll report to Logic20/20’s Senior Director of Information Technology, become part of our leadership, and join a specialized Information Technology group that works within our Operations team. The Logic20/20 Operations team is made up of go-to experts who, on any given day, are managing, improving, and orchestrating the inner workings of our innovative and highly connected consulting firm. We all rely on the Operations team’s efforts—from onboarding the best new talent to acting as a liaison between big-picture business objectives and daily details—to bring everything and everyone under the Logic20/20 umbrella. Working onsite, remotely, and in hybrid style, Operations supports a team that stretches from coast to coast and internationally, increasing effectiveness and efficiency without borders. What you’ll do
Manage a small, but growing, strategic team focused on internal user experience and capabilities
Facilitate the companywide delivery of information technology related services and products
Assist with strategic technology guidance based on business objectives and organizational requirements
Perform regular risk and trend analysis to identify and mitigate any risks associated with our technology
Proactively handle requests, issues, and escalation, with urgency when needed
Effectively communicate with management
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Coordinate, track, and monitor performance of projects and team members
Prioritize your team and support project goals, overcoming roadblocks along the way
Qualifications
3+ years of service delivery management with at least 1-2 years of project management experience
2 or more years of people management experience, with ability to mentor and support professional growth of an evolving team
Experience with low code software development, including proficiency in Power Apps
Experience managing technical projects with Cloud-related technologies: AWS or Azure
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Negotiation skills with the ability to work with changing times, dates, people, and priorities
Strong organizational and task management skills
Hands-on technical aptitude with strong business acumen and people skills
Ability to see beyond technical aspects, understanding and making progress on business objectives as part of the bigger picture
Bachelor's degree
Ideal, but not required
Skilled in Python (coding)
Ability to read SQL
