Our work depends on Java Developers joining our team to support Technical Support Services (TSS) for the United States Postal Service (USPS) activities located in Wilkes Barre, PA.At GDIT, people are our differentiator. In this role, your responsibilities will include:Designs, develops, codes, tests, and debugs complex new software products, or makes enhancements to existing items
Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities
Resolves hardware/software compatibility and interface design considerations
Participates in highly complex projects with customers, managers, end-users
This is what you will need for the role:Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of experience
Java 8 ; Spring Boot
J2EE with Struts 2
Jquery 3.2.1, Bootstrap 3, Dojo 1.11.3 with ArcGis for Javascript.
Node.js, Angular
MyBatis, WebSphere 8.5.5. (Ant), Tomcat 9.0.33 (Maven, NPM), Apache Web Server with ModSecurity.
SDF, Selenium Programming with Jenkins / ALM integration,
Configuring Jenkins Jobs to push build to Artifactory and deploy with Ansible Tower
Sonar reports
Oracle PL/SQL
Experience in the Agile programming framework
The ability to work in a dynamic environment
