job summary:

Our Seattle based client is seeking a Java developer with extensive experience building microservices with Java 1.6 and Spring Boot. Experience deploying to AWS cloud using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Terraform and Ansible. Experience integrating with Kafka will be a huge plus for this position as this is the primary platform for this team.




location: SEATTLE, Washington

job type: Contract

salary: $65 - 70 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Bachelors



responsibilities:

You will be developing and deploying microservices on AWS cloud using the below DevOps tools:





  • Ansible/ Terraform
  • Artifactory
  • AWS Cloud (CloudFormation, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.)
  • AWS RDS
  • Docker/Kubernetes
  • Dynatrace
  • Git (BitBucket, GitHub, CLI, etc)
  • Jenkins
  • Splunk/PrometheGrafana





qualifications:


  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors

  • Java (5 years of experience is required)
