Provide leadership to develop client service and delivery team structures and processes
Provide outcome-based operations using Microsoft 365 for our clients to help them improve their day-to-day
Provide leadership to Client Service and Delivery teams and mentor junior staff
Develop and sustain trust-based relationships with C-level executives
Qualifications:
Fifteen plus years of consulting experience, or a combination of consulting and industry experience in the managed services space
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MIS is preferred
Experience in building and operating multi-center delivery models using Microsoft 365 to support client operations
Demonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
