We drive customer awareness of those brands and products by developing multi-channel marketing strategies, while continuously experimenting in emerging channels.We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic individual to own integrated marketing plans for select product categories and lead strategic projects. In this role you will own product commercialization and go-to-market, build strategic multi-channel marketing plans to maximize selection performance, plan and implement marketing efforts based on seasonal and customer behavior patterns, experiment in new channels and drive revenue growth within the Private Brands organization.The Marketing Manager's primary responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing go to market marketing strategies for key launches (brand and product)- Owning our experimentation roadmap to drive long-term tech solutions supporting brand and product discoverability- Building multi-channel marketing programs for strategic business segments- Experimenting within emerging and existing marketing channels- Managing multiple projects at the same time; consistently making progress and delivering results- Driving annual goals, objectives, and budgets for key segments - building discipline around tracking progress, customer feedback, and iterating to improve performanceThe ideal candidate should be passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience while driving business growth and have the ability to flex between marketing, program and product management as needed. S/he should excel in strategic thinking, analytics and tactical execution.
