DescriptionA boutique law firm is searching for an experienced paralegal to join our growing team in the heart of Downtown Seattle. The ideal candidate will have several years experienced working as a paralegal at a law firm and the daily responsibilities include the following:-Oversee and aid with the discovery process, discovery requests and responses.-Trial preparation and organize and prepare exhibits.-Assist with drafting pleadings, scheduling depositions, preparing/filing pleadings and privilege logs.-Assisting in preparing legal documents including motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.-Case file management (create, organize, track and maintain files, monitor calendars and ensuring deadlines are met).-Manage and bill your own time.-Other duties as assigned in the legal department.If you are a searching for a great work/life balance and want to be a part of a strong office culture please submit your resume, we look forward to meeting you!Requirements-2+ years as a working Paralegal at a law firm.-Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.Located in major North American and global markets, Robert Half Legal is the premier provider of legal staffing and consulting solutions on a full-time, project, and temporary basis, serving both law firms and corporate legal departments.
