I am scheduling participants for a 60-minute usability research session over the phone.

Details of the study:
- You'll receive a $75 Amazon gift card in appreciation for completing the usability session (NOT just completing this questionnaire).
To participate you will need to:
- Be willing to sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Allow us to record the phone call.
- Be able to utilize a web browser doing the duration of our phone call.
- Not require assistive device or software to use a phone and computer.
