Overview

Pk is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Seattle. This role is integral in managing recruiting and resource operations. A strong candidate will be an organizational guru with an eye for detail, work effectively with employees and internal/external clients, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization.

Responsibilities

  • Supports and works with Talent Business Partner in requisition management and data entry of requisition and updates.
  • Assists in recruiting notes updates (both in ATS and other mediums to the Talent Acquisition Team) and requisition status updates as needed in support of the vertical open recruiting needs.
  • Work directly with key stake holders to design, develop and deliver a customized onboarding and engagement program.
  • Will build partnerships with both internal and external clients to understand expectations to develop and drive communication to individuals, teams and ProKarma management
  • Work with the Human Resource and Talent department to analyze data related to employees' onboarding/offboarding experience, to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Frequently interact with employees at all levels of the company, and external clients, in-person and over the phone.
  • Update and maintain client/account specific distribution lists, assist in aligning resources to appropriate project for time tracking and allocation.
  • Maintain, validate, and deliver reports to Talent Bus. Partner & EVP of Vertical as needed (ad-hoc and scheduled reporting requirements).
  • Create and execute new hire onboarding and welcome messages/calls.
  • Create and implement an ongoing consultant/employee care program.
  • Assist in facilitation of the Employee Referral Program to include communication, and partnering with Talent Acquisitions Managers, Delivery/Account Managers, and employees to ensure program awareness and adoption.
  • Calendar Management; to include some scheduling of meetings as it relates to employee engagement and on-boarding.
  • Serve as first-level support for employee concerns, questions and/or grievances, then address these concerns in compliance with company policy. Must document/escalate appropriately.
  • Create and maintain a library of relevant, resource training to ensure all new hires and existing employees are equipped to fully engage and perform as it relates to a specific account/client.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host regular employee events, such as lunch and learns, team building activities, company get-togethers, etc. Coordinate efforts with Account and Delivery Leadership.
  • Monitor resource morale and engagement to provide and execute quarterly plans that target measurable improvement to key engagement metrics.
  • Partner with supervisors to coordinate the performance management process ensuring timely completion of individual reviews, appropriate recognition of performance contributions and action plans to correct any performance deficiencies.


SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • First level support on timesheet management and entry. Will be responsible on training on the timesheet process and workflow and accountable for bringing in appropriate team members for issue resolution.
  • Support the communication of account updates as it relates to resource and engagement.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for employee onboarding or other communications
  • Support Talent Acquisitions Operations and Account Billing team members in resource alignment to appropriate projects; to include data entry and validation at times in both PK and client systems.
  • Complete special projects assigned by department heads


Qualifications

  • Proven customer service and relationship building skills
  • Must be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and maintain the highest confidentiality standards
  • Ability to work before and after core business hours and to travel between offices is required.
  • Must be willing to travel as needed; both between client sites (in state) and possible other vertical account locations (out of state). Less than 10-15% for overnight travel but travel between client sites in State will be weekly occurrences.
