In this role, you will drive vertical programs across customer segments and industry verticals, spanning from Industrial to Real Estate to Automotive industries and everything in-between. In this highly visible position with scope stretching across diverse stakeholders including Retail, 3P, Sales, Marketing, Tech, Alliances, Private Label and Business Services teams.The seasoned program manager will lead the following activities: Dive Deep into customer and business data to derive actionable insights, develop analytical tools and implement mechanisms to drive business benefit from these insights. Create and execute go-to-market campaign and programs with sales, marketing and industry partners Define metrics and goals and track ongoing progress on both inputs and outputs goals with all cross-functional teams. Create reports and tools to share with management and executives about program direction, progress, and insights. Model the financial impact of various programs and work with finance to create and manage the P.and.amp;L.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, sciences, computer science, math, engineering, operations research, statistics, or related discipline 5+ years of program management experience with demonstrated success. Strong data analysis skills (SQL) and the ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions.
