Responsible for developing, coordinating, and providing administrative leadership and regional support for Program(s) of Excellence within Care Delivery. Provides consultation and direction for multiple business functions including patient care and service delivery, financial, data analysis and reporting, business planning and analytic consultation, project management, accreditation coordination to support the clinical and health plan business functions infra-structure of the program (s). In collaboration this individual contributor supports the Director and Physician Leader, clinical leadership and frontline teams in management of all aspects of the Program. Essential Responsibilities:

Serves as administrative liaison between Director and Physician Partner and others within and outside the organization related to program creation and coordination.

Provides consultative services and direct administrative oversight of the Program including, budget oversight, and resource allocation for the Program.

Works independently and in concert with Director, Clinical Leadership, and Physicians to ensure program meets regulatory guidelines to maintain appropriate local and regional accreditation.

Manages the documentation and organization of statistics and data in compliance with regulatory agency requirements and guidelines.

Manages database design and is accountable for tracking to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies related to program accreditation and success outcomes.

Provides project management oversight while working collaboratively with other members of the care delivery division and KP Washington to ensure Program success demonstrated through patient care outcomes.

Program manager will prepare regular management summaries outlining progress, risks, budgets, and patient information, and present them at monthly program review or executive review.

Basic Qualifications:Experience

Minimum five (5) years of project management or program management experience.

Minimum five (5) years of experience in a directly related field within health care.

Minimum five (5) years of working with senior leadership.

Education

Bachelor's degree.

License, Certification, Registration

Additional Requirements:

Demonstrated administrative and technical skills, proficient in Microsoft Programs.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skill for data collection, analysis, and report writing.

Thorough understanding of organizational strategic priorities and understanding of care delivery and/or health care operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience in program management within health care.

Master's degree in health care administration or related field.
