Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Facebook is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and high-energy Recruiting Scheduler. Candidate Care Coordinators ensure that best practices are in place to provide an innovative, best-in-class candidate experience and quality to support our client groups and candidates.Required Skills:

Coordinating phone, onsite, and or video conference interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency

Coordinate candidate travel & the candidate expenses process

Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date

Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with our candidates

Meet and greet candidates who are onsite for interviews

Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates

Produce ad hoc recruiting reports

Participate in recruiting events

Work closely with other coordinators, recruiters and engineers to constantly refine the process

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ months experience coordinating interviews for a Facebook Recruiting Team

Experience prioritizing multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time

Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook or Mac/PC based calendar/meeting applications

Customer service experience

Experience creating and sustaining productive relationships with external and internal partners

Experience scheduling and supporting recruitment activity across US offices

Preferred Qualifications:

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and tasks while managing their work time efficiently

Work autonomously with attention to detail, problem solve, and ability contribute to the team

Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute

High-energy, driven, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset

Learn quickly in a fast-paced, ever changing environment

Strong team player that loves to bring new ideas to the table
