Role overview

The

Senior Manager,

Field Marketingis responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. This role will be responsible for facilitating pipeline acceleration defining the strategic direction of field marketing campaigns, by segment – and championing that strategy to ensure alignment with senior executives as well as other marketing teams responsible for execution. You will act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Development, Sales and other teams across the business to define and execute campaigns aimed at growing Accolade’s portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the development of marketing plans, consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs that include both inbound and outbound strategies and tactics that target our markets.

A day in the life…

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of demand creation and pipeline acceleration programs that align with overall business revenue and unit business goals across all segments and territories
  • Create standardized field marketing performance dashboards that forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the efficacy of marketing programs and promote actionable insights for refining and optimizing execution across the selling franchise
  • Execute and build on current marketing strategies and programs to increase the performance and optimization of marketing programs, tools, and collateral through data-driven insights and qualitative market feedback and learnings
  • Proactively lead sales enablement and engagement strategy sessions to design, develop, communicate, and optimize territory plans to ensure alignment and awareness with marketing programs
  • Design and deliver regional marketing programs relevant and unique to specific market geographies and local buyer needs across territories and market segments
  • Act as the go-to marketing person and voice of the customer with senior Field Ops leadership to influence the strategy and development of annual corporate sales and marketing plans
  • Interface with sales to determine enablement needs and work with Solutions Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to develop tools, programs, training and content
  • Develop thoughtful, targeted programs that capture market share and strengthen Accolade¦s brand in a fast-changing market

Qualifications

What we are looking for…

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years in Field Marketing experience; minimum of 8 years of marketing experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability and ability tointeract at all levels of the organization and external constituencies, C-suite, sales leaders, industry analysts, and others
  • Prior experience developing and leading marketing plan development and execution
  • Proven ability to work with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales
  • Experience defining and executing strategies to accelerate pipeline and deal throughput
  • Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget while aligning tactical plans with team/company strategies
  • Inbound marketing strategy execution experience and a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics
  • A strong curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices
  • Able to market to a range of customers using a wide variety of offers and delivery mechanisms
