In this role, you will own the vision, strategies, capability roadmaps, and feature priorities for key technologies in the Amazon AWS Compliance ecosystem. You will work closely with customers across Global Trade Product Compliance and technology teams providing strategic services that raise the bar for managing and tracking workflows. You will work closely with stakeholders across various software and business teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals. You will be joining a group of technology leaders that are determined to delight our customers while driving Amazon forward.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 6+ years of experience in technical product management or similar domain. 5+ years of experience with product development and program management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries Experience working on initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders (TPMs, engineering, Software teams, business teams, data engineering teams) Experience using data and metrics to develop business cases Proven track record of delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple competing priorities Strong sense of ownership and the ability to promote operational excellence
